The most common reason for this is that the
information is not entered correctly.
Here is an example a properly formatted sign in:

your Gatorlink username for username above.

What
if it still does not work?
If it still does
not allow you to sign in then follow these steps and you will be working in
no time.
1.
Go to http://my.ufl.edu
and sign in with your gatorlink username and
password. If you cannot sign in to
this page there is an issue with your account and you need to contact the
helpdesk at 392-help to resolve the issue with your account.
2.
Once you have signed in to the my.ufl.edu page click on the My
Account link on the left.
3.
In the list below My Account choose the My Gatorlink
Account Status link.
4.
On the page that loads toward the top center is a tab called
Resynchronize My Password. Choose
this tab.
5.
Enter your current Gatorlink Password in
the blank provided and choose the Synchronize Password button.
6.
Wait 15 minutes.
7.
Try to log in to the class web page that was not allowing you
access. If it still does not allow
you to access the page then you need to contact biocomp-l@lists.ufl.edu.
